Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 5 calendar days from the date of your e-book purchase.

• If 5 days have passed, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
• This policy exists due to the instant digital delivery of our product.

Example: If you purchase the e-book on August 1, you are eligible for a refund until August 6 (inclusive).

2. How to Request a Refund

Include the following:

• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Brief reason for refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

3. Returns & Exchanges

As our product is a non-returnable digital e-book, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

4. Order Cancellations

• If your e-book has not yet been delivered, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• If it has been delivered, the cancellation request must fall within the 5-day refund period.

Duplicate Purchases

If you made multiple purchases by mistake, let us know within 5 days. We will verify the order and refund the duplicate.

Technical Issues

If you’re unable to access or download the e-book, contact us right away. If we cannot resolve the issue within 5 days of your purchase, we will provide a full refund.
